I watched and watched and never accumulated...
The board had said many times that no cap raising was needed.....
But I have seen many board come out and say the same thing only to raise cash later hence the reason why I held back.

@bubsmark ,

Why didn't you study the company's cash flow statements over time, where you would have seen that strong cash generating abilities of the company meant that the balance sheet would be self-repairing under just about every scenario imaginable?

That way you would have been able to appreciate why management could provide assurances on the capital front.
