Was already deep in the money having bought in very early last year based on the quality of their o&g expertise in particular.
So happy to let this run from here, don't see much downside, and a second bidder may well be flushed out - although Dar Group must be very confident of their position (and in other likely parties) given otherwise they have just unlocked the front door for someone else with these tactics.
