They are definitely late with news - last presentation said in 4th qtr which only has 2 weeks left:
Smelters arrival on site
DSO sales which obviously we need approval 1st
Even if we don't get news this year 1st qtr 2018 will be huge with smelters arrival, comissioning, DSO sales etc
Still a screaming buy in my opinion but can understand the current SP based on past history so people wont go all in until deals are set in stone
