    Don't want to pour any cold water on the DSO approval, but KPR waited for 18 months for DSO approval and it never came - cause of KPR going broke. DSO approval isn't just approval from Jakarta, but a lot of local approvals.

    It is illegal to transport Mn ore in West Timor - the police confiscate it.

    So you have to get that approval. That takes time.

    Now things might have changed since then but I doubt it - for GMC holders I hope you don't go through process KPR did. It was excruciating.
