Just pondering valuation for DSE...
it seems common to apply a x10 ARR multiple to tech stocks - so if ARR is $8.3 mill that would support a MC valuation of $83 mill - or about 16 cents SP
I think one should factor in cashflow position - as obviously if a company was burning through cash at a rate way higher than receiving it should not get the same multiple than a company that's posting positive
LVT burns through 20% more cash than it receives - yet still gets about x10 multiple
DSE looks like it will deliver positive cashflow
Therefore is there a case for DSE commanding a higher than x10 multiple?
