what a stalemate the last 2 days!! lots of sellers but only at high(er) prices, and substantial buyers but only at bargain prices (12.5c). looks to me like buyers are existing shareholders looking to top up. User announcement should be any day between 5th and 14th based on prior announcements. Everyone waiting for pay day.
