Only a few weeks, it popped up on a scan.

Back a few years ago I was trading all the reverse listing deals quite a lot, made good money out of ODN which was A sister play to EXM which for those that don’t know was the shell that Dropsuite reversed into. The funny thing was out of the reverse plays that happened around that time I thought Dropsuite was the weakest business model out of the lot. I used Dropbox quite a lot back then which is a great product but when Dropsuite was being sold as a secure version of Dropbox for SMEs I just couldn’t see how they would be able to gain traction or how an established cloud storage player wouldn’t just roll over them.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago when it popped up on my scan I have to say I was a little shocked it still existed as most of the reverse takeovers of that era have either ceased to exist, have disposed of the asset and are a shell again or like ODN failed to ever list again.

I took a parcel as a trade and then in my spare time had a little look at the fundamentals, to say I was shocked was an understatement. The one I thought was least likely is killing it and seriously flying under the radar. I still have much research to do but at this time the only thing I don’t like is the escrowed shares but don’t think that will be a problem but I will be looking deeper into it.

Notwithstanding the above and with the caveat that I’m not fully reasearched yet, I believe this will be my high conviction play of 2018/19. This is an absolute gem and I cannot wait to see the next 6 months worth of news.
