pretty much the same boat but I don't see it as a part of owning a micro/nanocap. If find it difficult to believe that an Exec with 100yrs of experience didn't know they were going to lose half their sales book a day before the qrtly is due.
Also , is it standard practice to put Deactivated users from October in the "September Quarterly Activities Report"???
