This is how i work it out on a pre consolidation basis based on a 10:1 consolidation ( its unlikely to be any lower than this, unless they can get the share price well above 2 cents and hold it there )

393,285,526 current share structure including shortfall shares
2,826,000,000 shares to be issued to the vendor
495,000,000 performance shares
400,000,000 shares to be issued for the capital raising

Total on issue after all that is said and done : 4,114,285,526

Then we do a 10 for 1 consol

You have a register which is now 411,428,552.

So at a share price of 1.3 this would roughly give the company a market cap of $53 mil


Until dropsuite can actually prove its worth and show detailed information on its earnings. This would be a tough company for investors to get involved in, at least until deal has been completed. We have all seen what has or hasnt happened over on the ODN thread..

It would be a safer bet as an investor to get involved after the RTO has been completed and the capital raising shares have washed through the register, which will no doubt provide an opportunity to pick them up under 10 cents. Even the best of stocks / companies always seem head back towards the capital raising price.

It is disappointing to see both in EXM and ODN's case that no consolidation rate has been mentioned.
I can tell you now, this is generally not to the benefit of share holders. They could have at least set a base. But by doing that, that would mean people could put a value on the company.. something they are obviously trying to avoid??

Based on these calculations are EXM really paying the vendor $28 mil for dropsuite based on 10 cents per share....????
Who knows i suppose, its all speculation until the company provides investors with more certain information.
