Please also understand that i DO understand the value of website email and backup. However the truth of the matter is that most folk who dont know much about IT dont. ( these are the same people that host with volume hosting companies that this product is integrated with )
Anyone who actually values there website and data would host with more lets say an elite hosting company.
PS I used work for the one of if not the largest volume hosting company in Europe for a couple of years when i was doing my OE, so i have a fair idea about what goes on behind the scenes
