Objective to keep it above 1.3/1.4 cents so they dont have to consolidate any higher than 10:1

Any higher than a 10:1 consolidation would be considered a failure for existing share holders. This is why i am of the opinion that this stock is a better investment after they have done the capital raise and consolidation, anyone who has been in the game for at least 12 months knows that unless your company has a magic unicorn that the share price inevitably goes back to the capital raising price.

I dont think there is any concern about missing out on some "wow" announcements. Its not that type of company.

Cappers at 1.5/1.6 are clearly in control here.

Given the speed of how fast ODN is progressing.. ( jokes ) I would rather not have capital tied up in something that is unlikely to go up in price over the next 3 months. Its also clear from the recent rights issue only being 75 percent was subscribed for. The demand is not hot. This should raise a red flag here imo. How they intend to get folk to fork out for another $4mil is beyond me.

In my opinion if you are truly interested in this company as an investment, i think its better to wait for all the formalities to be out of the way before taking a slice. No doubt at a cheaper price that the current levels.

One of the main reasons i still spend my valuable time throwing a bit of argument into this acquisition is because im genuinely interested in the company. Until we see some revenue figures and an investor presso detailing how the business is run. I will be sitting on the sidelines.
