Ive done some calculations and if correct i beleive this punt has some real potential to make some good green!
323 million outstanding shares on issue
283 million shares to be issued
50 million option subject to performance and can be issued within 5 years from the issue date
Prospectus fundraising - Minimum $4 million to be raised at an issue price of 0.10 cents and consolidation
It gets a little confusing, does Dropsuite get 283 million shares before or after consolidationIMO its before because it does not make any sense for them to recieve it after consolidation.
If they issue 283 million shares to dropsuite and 50 million performance shares that will mean there will be
656 million shares out standing with dropsuite owning 52% of shares outstanding (only if they meet these the unknown criteria, and what ever it is, they must be confident because with out meeting this criteria they will only own 49% of the company)
At the current price consolidation will have to take place at 10 to 1 to reach 0.10 cents which will equate to 65.6 million shares outstanding after consolidation.
If a minimum of $4million is going to be raised so lets just says $5 million at 0.10 cents this will equate to an extra
50 million shares added to the register which will give us a total number of outstanding shares after consolidation of (for arguments sake i will add another 25 million shares as they might give a free option for ever 2 shares bought) which will give a total of
75 million shares added to the register
140.6 million shares on issue at a price of 0.10 cents which will give us a market cap of
$14 million.
IMO this is the only way this can happen, if EXM were to issue Dropsuite shares after consolidation, there wont be enough shares to give Dropmysuite 283 million shares and 50 million performance shares, take note i have included performance shares in the workings and these wont be issued unless certian conditions are met.
Take note Dropsuite has 4 massive contracts with the largest webhosting companies in the world and growing at a rapid pace so really who knows what revenue and profits are but my guess is they are large and this is a pure bargin at this level.
