So once again on the basis of 10:1
283 mil shares issued to vendor will be post consol, so we reverse it, so this equates to... yep 2.8 billion shares.
49.5 mil performance shares equates to 495 mil shares
40 mil shares to be issued for the capital raising... yep you guessed it 400mil shares
