Yes my calculations are based on 10:1 consolidation.
10:1 seems the most logical consolidation given the current share price.
Companies do not usually raise at a premium.
At this stage 10:1 would mean the current share price is 13 cents. And they intend to raise at 10 cents. This would seem about right.
20:1 = current share price 23 cents, they raise at 10 ? dont think so ( too high )
5:1 = current share price 6.5 cents, they raise at 10 ? dont think so ( too low )
Sure you could find a number that works out to be roughly 10 cents per share ( 8:1 )
But its pretty common knowledge that companies raising funds do so at a discount to the current share price to attract investors.
I suggest you do you're home work on RTO's who have recently re-listed..
You then might understand where i am coming from.
I am not trying to make this look like a bad investment, im just trying to throw some logic into equation due to the lack of details provided in the share sale agreement. And i also believe that your calculations are very wide off the market, which could be misleading to other users on hot copper.
