Man oh man - I am looking at it and nearly keen to push the trigger but I just cannot see anything that will make this reverse course. Blaming the govt on licence fees just doesn't cut it - i can't see anything else but a continual decline until they have to raise capital again and/or someone wants to own a TV network and offers a takeover.
