I'm not sure if you were asking me, or someone else, how they determined price direction. If it was me you were asking, I think I pretty much answered that in my post a few ticks back.

I'm a technical trader not a fundamental trader so I don't care much for the caluculations of this and that.

Fundamental trading has too much BS involved in so many different ways.

The price is what the market thinks that it's worth at this point in time. It includes all dodgy calcs, forecasts, crystal ball predictions and everything else.
