This is plain and simple, making stuff up.
Its very unlikely that most of there customer base has come from direct signups to the front end website. It is more than likely a high percent of revenue is driven from third party resellers.
How much do they pay for the service? Unlikely to be the same prices quoted on there website as the reseller will be selling in bulk.
I wonder why it is that don't have goDaddy as one of there service providers listed on there website.
You would have to think they would have that one plastered all over there website.
They are a big company, yet they get no mention...
The rest of there partners i believe are based in Asia with the exception of ozhosting ( obviously )
