Unfortunately for this acquisition its nothing ground breaking. There is no wow factor. However it is a necessary tool that is required for the internet.

Are the tools any good, in my opinion i dont think so.

At first when i saw the announcement for this, i was quite excited as it was a company i fully understand in terms of the technology.

For a project that has been running for how many years, the first impression i got was, some high school graduate with a linux background and web development skills could have written this code in there spare time..

The only people i can see this investment being any good for is management and the owners of dropmysite who will get a cash injection and from share holders who participate in the raising. Then what ?

I also went on to see if i can use the module built into WHMCS ( who they say they are partner of ) and the module doesnt even exist. So i could not install and or test the functionality.
