I agree Budgie, they are definately not in the same league. But the public don't know that. I think this is important because this helps to highlight the difference to the public.

Although from what I can understand, dropbox is encrypted at rest and uses a secure file transfer system (https://www.dropbox.com/security) but its level of security is far below safeshare.

The platform which Cisco is using Covata software for may well end up using safeshare in a similar manner to dropbox.
