There can be no doubt that on the surface the CEO is doing a crap job and if the June half results do not show a remarkable turn-a-round then he must go.
Equally, we should not forget how he got the job! - the Board appointed the guy and as such they must be held accountable for this, and several previous disastrous decisions.
Unfortunately the small shareholder has no say when it comes to appointing/sacking Board members. Rather it revolves around the say-so of the insto. holders who don't want to be seen as rocking the boat
