Anybody in any doubt of the threat drones will pose in the near future (if not now) should check out the 'Drone Champions League' as televised on Foxtel. Ridiculously good pilots racing amazing machines. Past drone attacks have been clumsy and unsuccessful, but strap a small payload to a slightly larger drone than is used in racing and then have a decent pilot (or team of pilots with multiple drones) fly it, and I can see some very effective attacks taking place in coming years...
