I don't see that bowl formation playing out with the current 1 mine operation.
Remember back at the peak ($1 plus) DRM had 2 mines with the market believing both mines would still be operating at this point in time.... and with the company producing probably around 130-150k ounces a year.
Right now the management team are focused on the 1-5-1 plan. Produce 100k, LOM of 5+ years, AISC $1k..... if they illustrate they are on track to execute that plan then (based on a gold price of $1700AUD) a market cap of $300-$350mil could be in play..... so an increase of around 60%-90% on current market cap ($185mil)..... but that wouldn't have the share price anywhere near that $1plus mark.... more like 65c-75c...... yeah a good gain none the less!
Based on management's 'current' plan the only way for that bowl to fully play out would be for AUD gold to move further north.... so yeah..... it's not out of the question..... but I'm not yet convinced.
