With hindsight its hard to believe they ever really intended to take over 100% ?
At face value it looks like they were really trying ringing back S/Holders who had already perportedly told them to bluntly $&@? Off as per postings here ?
Plenty here were also saying " dont sell , its not enough" which would have worked in the favour of not getting control ??
Then when they dont get enough shares 90% to force 100 % Take Over, .......its like suddenly.....Phil and crew have an epithany and realise its much better to be listed on the ASX for capital raising purposes etc ??
So a bit of serendipity for the new backers , a lucky break.
Imo holders should put these in the bottom draw for a while .Their plans seem quite aggressive, with the POO down Galoc mightnt be able to give them enough cash fast enough. So they mayraise capital soonish and hopefully want to move the SP up and reduce the dilution to them?
