It is a tricky thing for companies to talk about enrolments in trials because people always begin to extrapolate timeframes. As in most cases enrolments are done over a period of time the best thing for anyone to do, if anything, is to mention enrolment has started and then announce enrolments have been completed. When you have no control over the rate of enrolment (and it can be very lumpy) it doesn't make sense to put out an announcement that says "we are now x% through enrolment". I'll wait for the "Enrolment is Complete" announcement (even though I don't think it is really worth putting something like that out - I'd rather wait for the results of the trial). GLTA
