Eshmun, regarding that previous channel on the chart, the sentiment toward DLS was not particularly strong at the time despite the deal with Santos and the step change in oil production to the 3 MMbbl/year run rate.
I remember it particularly well since my first entry into the stock was around $1.17 in October 2013 when it pulled back after that channel. The reason I entered in the first place was that the market appeared to be paying no attention to the fundamentals.
So you could say that not a lot has changed in terms of recent market attention to the fundamentals and all those recent gas discoveries.
You are probably right about not being able to get it in the low 90s range again. Given the channel was quite a good copy I though the pullback might also repeat. Either way I'm not too fussed since I'm happy to see my existing holding go up.
