in the drillsearch decision,we do know that noel described the value creating offer as 'treachery'. this doesn't indicate a willingness to engage in creating value for shareholders.

we also know that the only people to make money from 3d as it is now run are those people getting paid fees from the company.drillsearch wouldn't have given any of these quality people a job as janitor.
