PLS is the only mob that has a spent over $160 million to get up and running and their MC and performance speaks for itself. A quick look across current producers capex and reported capex for LTR competitors in development stage would suggest that a figure of over $150 million is highly unlikely. I'd go so far as to say that pitching $200 million in amongst a bit of hyperbole is a little cheeky. Time will tell, it always does.
