    That capex number was so low because their was already an existing tantalum mine on site, the $40 odd million was just to installing a DMS for the concentrate, the bulk of the infrastructure was already in place.

    A big factor in deciding capex would also be the characteristics of the spodumene bald hill is 80% coarse and 20% fine, PLS is 70% fine and 30% coarse.

    The production of the fine material requires a two step process right off the bat, if it's 80% coarse you can stock pile and add it on later, that is why PLS ended up spending $360million to get to production.

    I don't know what characteristics the deposit here has, but I wouldn't count on a small capex bill it's going to be atleast $150-200mill even if things are on the favorable side, it's just how much things cost unless you have a complete existing mine camp setup like bald hill did.
