Why? So all last years retailers burn off. Then a slow burn up to 0.01 based on a drilling campaign. The first results if positive support a CR @ 0.007, second round drilling results will see an increase to 0.025, maybe a few articles pumping up to 0.035. Then a make or break based on final results for NSW. Doesn’t matter though as those in the know have already sold their accumulated stock @ 0.007 between 0.024 to 0.034 and made a nice profit. THEN it all starts again with the WA tenants. AND finally after those ups and downs that have made those in the know a few million a buy out which will net them more money. All this over a 8-12 year period, while all the time us numpties vent on HC. If we are lucky we predict the pattern, if not end up venting lol.
