Using the historical drilling previously undertaken at Dinamarquesa as a guide then I imagine holes will at least be drilled 200m. Of the 8 historical holes 5 were 200m and the remaining 3 were 150m-180m. They're outlined in the announcement from 5th August

3000m-5000m isn't a lot but its a good start (fairly common number for first pass drilling), and as you say if they get a number of good hits they can then plan more. It is far better to do less drilling first time and asses what is there than to go all out and come up empty handed.
