I too was obviously surprised there was no official announcement. At least those that read HC have confirmation now.
I emailed Michael back saying thanks for the confirmation ect. and mentioned that I and a number of others I knew had been a little uncertain. I guess they felt that by saying drilling was expected to commence the week of the AGM was enough. I always like to have confirmation though as there can always be unforeseen delays. And as you say, knowing that drilling is underway can have an effect of peoples investment strategies.
