It rained just few hours back today with "1mm" rain.

Last 30 days it did not rain at all. There was flash flood in March(around 20th march) that was last rain in the area. I made several phone calls and confirmed that from various parties in the area.

If some one tells me that 1mm rain in a month is stopping some one to send a drill rig to site, then even God can't help them.
