Being late with announcements and bad at information management is hardly new for DMN management. Your "DYOR" should have turned that up without too much effort *before* you invested in them.
I would also like to suggest you take a deep breath and relax... with your change from over-optimistic cheerleading the last few weeks to all doom-and-gloom this week you risk giving us all whiplash.
Maybe they didn't get all the information independently like they should have. Maybe they just ran off what they already knew. But I seriously doubt that they did anything on purpose. Their obligation is to present the best information they have when relevant to the shareholders... there is no law against them being inept at times.
This all should be part of the risk calculations when investing in a company like DMN... and if they eventually do find a huge REE supply in the ground where they *will* eventually drill, then they will become successful no matter how hard they "try to stuff it up". (tongue-in-cheek)
So, everyone, just keep calm... don't invest more than you can afford to lose, because this *is* high-risk... and be prepared to wait for another few months before things actually happen... it may happen sooner, but it will eventually all start happening.
