Back in 2011 I was GCR holder (for short term trades and profits) when copper price was high. I wasn't interest in their main project (because grades are too low), but interested their other projects such as Wagga Tank and projects in South Australia near Olympic Dame and OZL's prominent hill. I was frustrated at GCR not doing anything with Wagga Tank and their other projects, so I sold out at small profits.
Because of Wagga Tank is near Cobar, than I start looking at several companies have big land holding near Cobar. Than I discovered PEX and Rob's team, but I waited many years (without buying a share) for price to come down. Than those two fund managers aggressively dumped their shares, I saw my golden opportunity.
Once I said to Rob about Wagga Tank worth a look since GCR won't do anything anyway and it is near us.
