the feedback i got early last week is that some shoving and pushing was afoot to have the drilling agreement signed last week. moreover, on signing, an announcement was to be made.
it would seem that maybe it has not yet been signed .... which i'd politely describe as bothersome!
I'll follow up again next week I suppose ... but it seems to me that that component of this transaction ought to be signed well ahead of any meeting.
