Just seeing who would bite first.... but my point is not that they got back to me quickly. My point is rather than assuming or in some cases casting doubt on whatever management might or might not be doing better to just go straight to them and ask for a straight answer.

My question was: why delay drilling to March. Is there any reason drilling can't start straight away?

I think everyone knows hardly anyone drills in this region in January because of the risk of bad weather.

Drilling to resume end of this month (Feb), weather permitting (weather forecast is for good weather for the foreseeable future), the site is being prepared now for drilling (some bad weather means some remedial work has to be carried out on the site for accessibility etc), drill rig is available and apparently at a lower cost than before and they expect to start drilling in about 2 weeks but have been cautious in saying March in case something unexpected slows them up.

You may well be right about results not coming out until July but that sounds like the longest lab times I have ever heard of. In my experience 1 month max for drilling (probably will be quicker than that) and 1 month for the results (it rarely takes longer than a month and I have seen as quick as 2 weeks turnaround).

So my take is by the end of April some news should be coming out as long as there is no bad weather. Hopefully some positive results on the solid targets identified.

Based on targets already identified (which have some promise), my take is that when those results are out we will all know whether this company has something worth staying in for or heading for the exit.
