I'm critical because I don't find the posts informative and if you don't know how to get information from a company and rely on a cry session on HC then that is a worry.
I should use the ignore function a bit more when the white noise but compared to some other threads this has been a real disappointment to read of late.
Make your voice heard by calling the company.
