Why would the exploration manager give a toss if it's hot or not? He's the exlporation manager and "manages" with the occasional field visit.
We'd all like to see some movement but crying about it on HC won't help.
If you have something to say (as a shareholder) give the comapny a call and have a chat with the appropriate people, but try and make it constructive and have some informative questions rather than just having a whinge.
You'll be surprised what you can learn with the right (mature) approach.
