I thought they had sold 100% of hermes to NST for a pretty shitty royalty and let NST buy a big chunk of stock on what I thought was very cheap (and get quasi-control without any premium/value to current shareholders).
Shady's post suggests they retain the right to 20%. Be keen to understand this more if anyone can help out. Sorry for being lazy on the research.
