Thats a lot of condensate - 70 barrels per million cubic feet of gas is triple what you usually expect.
300 psi pressure is also nothing to be sneezed at.
Condensate sells for what oil does, btw, so 70 bbl of condensate plus 1 mmcf of gas is $4100 a day of revenue (70*30+1*2000).
While not the oil that is hoped for, this well could be a candidate for fraccing etc, and potentially productive after that.
In any case, Stuart paid their 20% in at even money, so it should only be costing them about $300 000 all up ... and thats for a $50m company.
