drilling program

I received this email from ACN (Simon Cunningham):


Thanks for your email. Ensign Rig 18 was booked in November 2011 for the upcoming campaign and at this point in time we are expecting a late October/early November commencement.

The rig is currently being used by another exploration company and therefore exact arrival time is outside our control (eg they may be delayed by weather or unexpected subsurface conditions etc). Once they have finished drilling the rig will mobilise to our location.

The length of the campaign will be determined by how many wells will be drilled (our contract is for 3 firm and 3 option wells) and subsurface conditions (ie how long will each well take to drill). At this stage our expectation is that each well will take a month to drill including mobilisation, rig up, drilling, rig down demobilisation.

We obviously have to be patient a little longer!
