    looks like Tower Resources is on the run higher again at the start of trade in the UK, up another 5% on top of yesterdays 9.2% increase.

    there is no doubt Tower Resources has begun its march higher in anticipation of the spudding of the next Uganda Exploration Well, the question is how long before GBP starts its move.
