I see they need to satisfy one of the following requirement
"Net Tangible Assets $1 million
Net Income $500,000
Revenue $2 million
Global Market Capitalization $5 million"

so for $5m MC this is 1.9cps and to make sure it stay above $5m MC it should be at 2c+, imo
