    Well actually we ALREADY had Morton ... he's been on the board of Orion from its inception and was Non-Executive Deputy Chairman before assuming the Chairmanship when the former Chairman and the MD were "sacked". Yes he has some talent and lots of experience in both conventional O&G and CSG .... BUT ... that doesn't change the fact that the merger with GGX is a dud deal for OIP shareholders who are diluted substantially for little gain.

    I will eat my words in the future if I am wrong but as far as I can see the assets that GGX is bringing to the deal are just not impressive at all .. they are very much "small end of town" and "hopeful" leases.

    To be frank anyway its obvious that OIP is NOT an independent company from ESG .. David Casey even said recently that ots good to "own" the northern lease (that are actually OIP's). That's fine that we are in bed with ESG ... BUT ... we don't need GGX IMHO.
