I don't think SP will be about 8 cents by AMG (don’t see many buyers but also sellers). It would be crazy to sell shares before drilling result is released (they might be encouraging).
On the other hand, I agree with you that the current arrangement about the merger with GGX is unacceptable. It would be acceptable if 1 OIP share were offered for 3.5 GGX shares.
