Agree 100%!!! Its gone amazingly quiet on the OIP thread hasn't it ... traders are avoiding it like the plague as it will essentially be "in limbo" until january/February. Great work OIP board .. NOT!
I have sent in proxies to vote NO to reappointing Edgar as a director. As one of the few "independent" directors not involved ion both boards (like Langusch and Morton) he obviously must have approved the deal .. so thumbs down from me! I probably won't make the GGX AGM but i will be at the OIP AGM and will be asking each director why its a good deal and particularly Edgar. And at the ESG AGM I will want them to convince me too!
There's nothing like the righteous indignation of a riped off shareholder!
