This dispute has been advertised by the company in past Ann.
Haven't read the Ann yet myself but I know it was to do with claimed money owed to TDC. Hence why Depco ended up drilling the remainder of the wells.
Not unannounced just took forever to resolve.
From the above I get the feeling ROG have coughed up a payment to TDC? If so, they may have saved considerably more if it proceeded to court. Sorry if I'm off the mark here, will have a read.....
