Well the seller or manipulator, whichever way you are inclined, is getting their way. It's hard to see this going anywhere with such pressure even in the case of a discovery. It really shouldn't be long now until we receive some low ball offer for the whole circus. Hopefully they might be able to negotiate a couple of extra cents in the event of a discovery.
Oh, and by the way, it is managements fault for issuing so many shares so cheaply. IMO of course.
