SWN can earn up to 80% of any Coulta project discoveries (excluding uranium) if they spend $1million within four years. ITT have reduced their risk but the upside would have to be in SWNs favour if they hit paydirt. ITT have a seperate JV re uranium discoveries within the tenement.
This is not the only project ITT have though. Just creating a bit of awareness on SWN. I'll shut up now :)
