    I think these guys will take the CPL approach !!! They need a cornerstone investor !! Like Highland Park ...

    Highland Park provided funds so CPL could purchase more Coal leases!!!

    This is what Jal needs !! new coal resource to increase tonnage in ground able to be mined and shipped !!
